I didn't think that Yvan Muller would hang around for BTCC 2001 but, reading his comments in Autosport the other day, i'm not so sure. He seems to be happy to stay.
One question though - do you think that the new cars will suit his driving style ? He seems to drive sideways most of the time, can he handle lesser powered cars ? |

You're right on that one, fatbloke. I'd have thought he'd fly the coup, rather than stay on in the BTCC. I guess he reckons there's a pretty good chance of winning the title, what with only Vauxhall competing and him being the undisputed number one driver for the squad...
However, I reckon the DTM beckons, and who's to say he won't enjoy driving - no, flinging - a V8 Supercar around the big hill? Maybe a drive in that series is on the cards for the future... |
