What happened to Will Hoy at Oulton park in 1992?
Watching the 1992 tape has made me think, what happened to Will Hoy at Oulton? He suddenly slowed down every couple of laps and that allowed andy Rouse to past. Anybody know?

im sure that it was electrical but he caught up pretty quick to rouse after he slowed down.
