Audi Team ADT Champion Racing line-up: JJ Lehto, Emanuele Pirro, Marco Werner.
Audi Team Goh: Seiji Ara, Rinaldo Capello, Tom Kristensen. Somehow I think this year's race will be a four-way Audi battle... |

Not quite "hot off the press" - but thanks and welcome to the TT forum.
(Check out the "McNish and Audi" thread). |

Hmmm, more, 'Luke Warm' off the press now. But debate is still raging about who will be in the actual driver line-up, out of the seven drivers I mean.!

I've always had the impression that the Champion car is slightly better prepared, but that may be changing with Goh's experience at Spa and Le Mans last year. There's also the talismanic Kristensen to consider.
Both very strong line-ups though... |

How about an Audi Sport Ireland ..... Kane-McGaritty-Irvine !!! Your about the first Irishman who I have met that is interested in Sportscars !!! Must be something to do with the cost of the bloody things at home However ..... there is another rumour going around at the minute that there will be another driver in the GOH car for the LMES ..... Christian Gommendy has also been mentioned . I wonder who is getting shafted this time ? |

It's tough to pick between the Audi teams. Each has a strong car and a strong driver line up. I believe Champion has a better overall team, but Team Goh with Capello and Kristensen will be ready for Le Mans. Audi Sport UK Veloqx will have a well organized team with solid pilots. It's a toss up! Sebring is still much to far away! If only Team Goh were going we'd have a good Le Mans preview.

Ah, now if you wanted an Ecurie Ecosse squad, it would have to be Allan McNish, Anthony Reid and David Leslie.

Caught this article today.
http://www.crash.net/uk/en/news_view...id=9&nid=85386 Funny though, it doesn't mention Turner. This has been very confusing. |

It wouldnt surprise me if Veloqx won it all. Sebring, Le Mans, and the full LMES. They've got two cars, full funding, and the best driver lineup. Two veloqx cars can handle Kristensen + Goh and the single champion entry.

They do look strong, but then the beauty of this sport is that it's never as easy as that. Should make good viewing.
Nevertheless - Come on the Brits!!! |
