VSCC Herefordshire Trial
Another terrific VSCC event!
Many thanks to Mark Garfitt, Paul Knill-Jones and George and Penny Shetliffe for their organisation, Bob Wimmer from the Club Office, seemingly hundereds of Marshals and of course fellow competitors. Team Raspberry peaked too early - our (narrow) lead on Saturday night disappeared in the mud on Sunday morning. Still, there is always the next event...... As usual some pictures are online. Duncan And while the others all worked hard, Plum rested in her natural environment. |

Thumbs now fixed!
Sorry for that - not sure what went wrong but it all works now. Thanks for pointing out the problem.

Thought the link problem was down to my system, easier to use now. What an amazing collection of cars for the event. Long may vintage trialling continue. Is there a prize for the first correct make identity listing ? If not, what are LPE103, SV6199 and WD1461 ?
By the way, is Swift, YX8116 your latest Barn find project? Chris. |

LPE103 is Mike Hudson's Citroen A type saloon complete with "birthing straps" in the back.
SV6199 is the ex-Barry Clarke bitsa that purports to be a french licence produced GN and sports an Austin 7 engine. WD1461 is an AJS special, but I can't remember the name of the owner. EX6880 is "Jemima" - Geraint Owen's V-twin Jap engined Morris Minor (which won it's class). The Swift isn't exactly a barn find - and I've already enough projects! HTH Duncan |
