Somethings to think about this past season
Rusty's streak of at least 1 win a year has ended, sucks on that one. Also Nascar officials have cracked down this year on so called cheaters by hitting them in the points.SO,what others have you all found out this year.ANd JG's beard has got to go.

Rusty was doing pretty good today until the incident when he got the fender smashed in. Actually, I thought that he had a good shot at winning up to that time.
Seems like Pontiac will have fewer teams next year and Dodge will gain. Hope we see more safety improvements next year. What do y'all think of the "Indy type" walls. |

I hated to see Rusty's streak end, it seems that streaks have to end sometime.
I guess it was time for Rusty's streak to end ..... jeff gordon had a streak of never using a provisional but it ended at Homestead. I would guess that all the cheating wasn't caught but NASCAR is "cracking down". I'm glad to see it. |

As far as the walls are concerned I will wait and see how they perform under race condition.

Something else to think about and be thankful for this season, we got through a whole season with no driver fatalities in NASCAR's top three divisions.

Joe Fan that is a good one to think about.
I hated to see Sterling have to end his year the way it did. I read today that he just has one small crack that hasn't healed but they think in 4 more weeks he will be o.k. and will clear him to get back in a race car. What about Biffle in the 44 this past Sunday? Best that car has done all year. Now we know it is not the car. |
