Do cars need to race in there period colours/advertising?

Hi Rob, yes they do. In fact when we apply for our Historic logbook we have to specify which event the car is representing being as livery and technical specs could have changed throughout the year. No signage cen be changed but it can be removed. for example, if you owned a car that had cigarette sponsorship and you were a committed anti smoker you can remove the cigarette sponsorship but you can't change it to something else.

thankyou for that,I guess it makes sense,after all the cars are the cars and not built up cars like other groups.
