Bernd Schneider 3rd, Ekstrom, Tomczyk, Kristensen round out the top six.

Alesi's shunt was a bit scary,cant believe he continued till the end. Paffet had the race won anyway.fair play to him.Good race to watch.

The commentator said that there were 50k (!) during qualification on Saturday.

132K sounds about right.
The Norisring race always has the biggest crowd in Germany.
That was even, while I was still in Germany.
