63.1km street track - Nanjing, China

Typical me, once I got started I kinda got a bit carried away lol! Basically ended up with the Targa Florio in a city!

Spent last summer out there, and tried to use my experience to work in pretty much all the sights and areas I knew, plus a few other corner combos that looked pretty cool (never went much west of the red line, but some pretty neat stuff over that side of the city). The circuit is very fast, being characterised by lots of long straights (longest ~1.7km) into heavy braking zones, with some twistier and also more flowing sections thrown in as well. Tried to break up the flat out blasts a little so the straights weren't too Mulsanneish, but tbh, with this length of track, I don't think realism is too much of an issue!

Apologies, had to break it up into 3 pieces. Too many points for Google Maps lol. Runs clockwise, start line in front of The Presidential Palace, earlier on the straight before point C on the first page.

Wow, this is racing on an epic scale!

I love it! The sheer scale and spectacle of something like this is what motor-racing is all about for me - it should be a spectacle - something this would certainly be.

I love the fact that you had to split it up! That completes it.

Just one thing, the Satellite image on Gmaps here doesn't line up at all with the map version. Wonder why that this - it does seem as though the aerial photographs are a bit off - you can see the side of skyscrapers for example?
