The knuckledragger set
Knuckledraggers
i.e those who follow the V8s alone may be interested in expanding their knowledge of motor sport by following the fortunes of a couple of Bathurst co drivers in Indonesia later today - A1GP - Ryan Briscoe is punting the Aussie car (qualified 5th) & Richard Lyons is driving the Irish entry. On pole is a Kiwi, Jonny Reid - TKR hello !!! Could a Kiwi fan let me know if he has done any tin top work. Check out the A1GP forum on 10/10ths. |

However, he shared a VX with Alan Gurr at Bathurst in 2003 He also drove at the famous Bathurst 1000K race in October, gaining considerable note when, after only six laps, he had laid down a time that would have put him on the front row of the Konica race. His race did not eventuate, however, when the car suffered a terminal mechanical fault after only a few laps whilst being driven by his team mate. |

I didnt think elitists followed the mainstream ... or putting it better the product that attracts the most attention!!
... and on that note cavvy arent you being elitist in telling us we aren't good enough because our general preference is V8s. btw ... I do watch other motor racing, just prefer the V8 circus. Last edited by barney551; 9 Dec 2006 at 23:25. |
