Castle Combe Carnival

Is anyone as disgusted as me that this years Combe Festival has only 8 FF races?

Where's the 2 hour endurance race, where's the 10 roller skate races

What were the organisers thinking . . . . . .

Apologies that we couldn't organise a round of the Historic Championship aswell, so you will just have to make do with Classic FF1600, Classic FF2000, UKFFC Zetec & Duratec.

Must try harder next year. Oh and the prize fund is meagre £3,000

Top 8 will go straight through. 3 more entries received today (Ben Norton, Andrew Stride & Matt Withers) I'm also expecting an entry from Alex Ames.

There is still time to join in. Entry forms available from steveb@castlecombecircuit.co.uk

BRSCC was expecting a full grid for that very reason Nev, even insured qualifying was late (1pm), guess they just forgot to tell everyone! Certain FF1600 website did though.

See you at the festival.

As John points out, it has been on the FF1600 calendar since the beginning of the year and we even ran a couple of news stories on the timetable situation.
