CTCRC Televised Autoglym Lydden Historic Festival 2010
17th / 18th July.
Again this is shaping up to be a cracking meeting with full Motors TV coverage. All the Classic Touring Racing Club Championships will be out including Classic and Historics (Pre 66), Post Historics (Pre 74's), Group 1 (Pre 83's) and Classic Thunder/Ford Boss. We are also being joined by the MR2 series, the Nippon challenge, BARC Tin Tops, BARC Intermarque, the Late Model Stockers from Belguim and 3/4 scale NASCAR's on the oval circuit plus two open invitation sports and saloon races so there really is something for everyone. This year it will be held over the whole weekend and the Classics are almost into reserves and the others not far behind so a cracking weekends motorsport for competitors and spectators alike. Full details of this exciting event now on the club website with downloadable brochure. http://www.classictouringcars.com/index.asp Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. |

You will be able to but will not have access till 2pm on the Friday. Please let Pete Edwards know if you want scrutineering on the Friday and what time you intend to arrive.

Looking good so far, just got to survive a session on the rolling road.
All the other bits can wait until after qualifying, like wheels not pointing the right way, ride height etc. |

Cheers Lee.
Once the scrutineering bay has cleared out I may need to use it to set the suspension. Asides from changing the entire rear axle including all the links, the front top mounts, the lower arms and the steering rack arms, we have hardly touched the suspension! Oh, and the propshaft, the engine, the gearbox, the intake system, the exhaust manifold, the ECU, the wheel arches, the wheel 'spacers', the wiring looms etc etc etc the car is exactly as I last raced about two years ago. What could possibly go wrong! |

Two very similar threads running in different fora. To avoid duplication and confusion, I'll lock this one, carry on in the historics thread
