Having another look at the results, Im Pleased with Mark Winterbottoms efforts, but accalades must go to Brett Peters for getting the Ex Greenfield Mowers Machine into a position where it should have been in Cameron Mcleans Hands 2 Years ago.

If I can make a suggestion - maybe a link to any of the result pages would be better than a list like this - makes it hard to read and no idea of times etc.

Just my 2c worth

And the award for most smilies in a post goes to ...
The Tool Man!

Hope Ricciardello does well this year - what's happened with the Alfa BTW?

[extremely sarcastic mode on] It's just lucky that Wakefield Park isn't an aero sensitive track otherwise those poor AU Falcons would would not have had a chance against those vastly superior VX Commodores! [extramely sarcastic mode off]

Seriously though it looks like it was a great weekends racing, and I can't wait to see some TV coverage. It looks like it will be a really good series this year.

Hardly a car finished the day without some form of panel damage!

Is that good??

Every time the Supercars came out, be it in the warm up, or the 3 races, it rained heavily but inconsistently...

3 Drivers who performed well over the weekend were Todd Wanless, Jose Fernandez and Grant Elliott.
Does anyone know what happened to the Ron Searle car.

Grant Elliot?? He spun in each race he contested, and the engine ultimately gave up the ghost, which is what I think happened to the Searle car too

I still thing Grant is a good steerer, the only thing I can tell from his driving is that he is pushing an old PoS super hard, and over the limit, and coming off second best.

Jamie Miller bought the ex-Parsons VT/X from GMS last year, the car he and Ron Searle shared at Bathurst, under Mike Quinn's gentle care

At WP, Miller ran the dayglo orange liveried VX, and Searle the VS he ran last season in Konica
