The Honda 4 stroke..soooo UGLY
I have to say that the new Honda 4 stroke machine is the worst looking thing on two wheels I have ever seen.
This is not helped by Rossi's repsol livery (+ yellow highlights) infact it looks uglier then the red and black prototype version that we saw in the pre-season (and thats saying something!) I found myself hopeing Rossi would crash or someone else would get in the lead so i would not have to look at the valgur thing one second longer. A new fairing please, i'm begging!! And Please let Laconi win one race (I dont really like him as a rider but) that Aprilia is easy on the eyes (it may cure the RC211 damage that has scared me). |

*hands you a braf bag* m'kay, but, i personally think it looks really good, especially in motion. but, im maybe a bit biased with the v5 lurking just underneth
if you want ugly, you should look at the pictures of the kawasaki racing in ajrr. it looks like a fat and bloated rc51 in green O_O also, look at some of the early 90s late 80s road bikes. O_O |

That Honda is buttugly I say
Make that faring different as asha says. Not only is the sound mean, but the bike looks like a designer nightmare.....and then ridden by an Italian...lol a real joke Get it better Honda the design stinks. |

The way a bike looks doesn't really concern me (and obviously not the designers!) but how it functions, and the Honda is the best out there at the moment.
However, what is of concern to me is the silencing. I wanted to hear it loud and proud, not this pathetic little squeaking! |

Its an even funnier design when the word on the street is that Rossi finds it difficult to even hang onto the bike because the air almost blows him off.
Maybe a chicken suit would be more aerodynamic? |

Are we looking at the same bike? I thought the honda had a rather "aggresive" look. The paint scheme could be improved but over all its not too bad.And I think the green machine prototype looks the part.
The best looking bike there was definetly the apprillia. cant wait to see if lacconi can get it onto the podium` Last edited by wreckless; 18 Apr 2002 at 11:15. |

The Aprilia is certainly a fine looking machine, and when developed, will certainly be able to do the job right.

Es Nes design is not only how it works, it is also how it looks, it is plain ugly right now.
The NSR 500 looks way better than that Diesel Rossi rides. They could learn a thing or two about designing looks from Aprillia. I know it is fast and that the looks really don't matter, but it would be even more great ig it looked good as well being succesfull. |

The nose of different to the NSR.
The body work couldn't be more different its just basically fugly And I guess well have to get use to rossi Repsol livery, cause he signed a 3 year contract. And i mean no offence, but laconi is a terrible second rate rider. Aprilia pulled no punches when they said that they were spending money on the bike rather then the rider (this year). Lois and Alex where both high on the list, but they made a financial choice and i think it was the right one. |

Here's a question concerning Aprilia's MotoGP effort.
Why didn't they put Corser on the MotoGP bike and put Haga on the World Superbike (like they did anyway)? At least it would have meant for us Troy fans that he wouldn't have been missing half the bloody season! |
