With all this testing and training thats done there why don't they have a race at Sebring?

way to bumpy for champ cars is what i've heard.

That's correct, jklein6419. The "full" Sebring circuit is far too bumpy for Champ Cars (also, I wonder if it would be safe enough for Champ Cars - I believe it would be too fast, too dangerous, in the same way and fashion that impede Road Atlanta of housing a CCWS race).
Champ Car does not use the full Sebring circuit for testing, but the "Johnson Circuit" instead (please see its map at http://www.racingcircuits.net/United...ngJohnson.html). The Johnson Circuit has not proper pitlane and other facilities, and could not hold a Champ Car race as it is today - but yes, could be upgraded to that, why not?
