DTM Brands Hatch

Who's off to Brands this weekend for DTM? I'll be there for the 3 days but Happy Snapper is having to stay home to look after the poorly puppy dog.

Who else is playing this weekend?

There should be two flag radios per flag post, one for yellows one for blues that hopefully will be issued at sign on, can Post Chiefs and flaggies check that the radios for their post have been collected each morning. Cheers

You won't be disappointed by the DTM machines Mike. I did all three days last year and loved it. Great atmosphere on the campsite too.

I've got some photos that will be treasured from that meeting, brilliant.

I'll be there.

Since the Germans' plans are so top secret that MSVR dont have a copy of the timetable up yet, here's one (or is it 2?)that I snatched earlier. Clicky

Note that the pdf does not quite match the web page
A wee bit of Taxifahrten added to the Saturday no biggie - a nice "stand down" in addition to our lunch break

However Sunday is a bit more vague, lunchbreak may or may not exist.

In the universe where it does not officially exist, we finish at 6. Given the amount of break after the F3 race on Sunday morning until DTM pitlane open, (1130 - 1220) then 1230- 1300 as they sit on the grid, do we really need an official lunch? OK again theres a few taxi laps in after the F3.
In the universe with a lunch break - 1820 finish.

Anybody know if this Trofeo Abarth is "just" the poorly supported British version?

PS
for the insemination marshals "club"
If the DMSB boys get there first in their G-wagen. Don't ***** about it to me. Figure out why they were there first.
(hints : proper radio comms, they're mobile and they are experienced marshals who can operate independently of their German race control)

If it's the same lot as at the Classic, then sadly, yes! Mind you, you should be busy on your beach. Just in case you get confused, the black round things should be underneath the white round thing!

Have fun, I'll be in sunny Leicestershire this weekend, blue flagging a canal boat!

I had looked at the German one, but then thought I linked to the English version. Confused by caches I suppose, lucky then, I could have linked to the Chinese one!

Apparently is the European championship combined with the British. Cannot find much about the European championship, presumably what was at WTCC last year.
