CAMS in for Big Weekend?

Last night before a wheel has been turned at Oran Park, CAMS have posted a Summary of Penalties for the event? OK there are no penalties yet, but why publish the blank list, maybe CAMS thinks they will be to busy issuing fines so that have got the PR out early? |

No conspiracy here. They did this last round. I assume it's just a way for CAMS to post the penalties as they apply them so the fans and the media have up to date information.
