Based on the current forecast, should be a wet or damp Saturday and a dry Sunday but after a week & a half of rain, the runoffs and grassed areas are all going to be pretty soft / muddy.
Should make it more interesting. |

Well I for one will be looking forward to Sandown, I've been following the Supercar series for some years at a distance over here in Pommieland and although I find some of the intricacies somewhat difficult to understand not being in Oz, I love the racing spectacle. If I ever get there the MCG would be a must since I'm also a big cricket fan along with Supercars at Bathurst.

And there aren't many better places in Australia than the on hill above the esses and then the dive into Dandenong Road.
Maybe the Hayshed at PI and Reid Park on The Mountain. |

Faultless drive from Davison in race #24 after a superb start, Cam Waters had a great drive for Tickford making up 7 places and Dave Reynolds was pretty impressive from the back end of the grid. Maybe DJR can make up some more places on SVG and co at these sprint races?

The opening few laps of race 26 was brilliant, how SVG managed to squeeze past Davison to take the lead I'm not sure. The ongoing Mostert /Waters battle is always entertaining, shame that Cam made that error and it's great to see Frosty picking up some decent points for Team 18, roll on NZ!

Are the PremiAir cars actually on the circuit?
The Fox coverage might suggest not... |
