AF2000 is a good series. I did a couple of races during the 1999 season and it's run well by ex British Formula Vauxhall Lotus driver David Sonenscher. The cars are a bit old but based on the Formula Vauxhall cars, so quite solid and easy to set up. They upgraded the engines last year to give more power. The series visits some great circuits like Macau and Sepang in Malaysia and is really the main single seater championship in Asia. Teams are quite good with Peter Thompson running a few cars. Piers Hunnisett used to run a team but not sure if he still does. Good TV coverage with a budget of around $10 000 dollars a race if you go with a top team. Two races per weekend (except Macau) with loads of track time during the weekend. Have a look at www.afos.com for more info.
