Juan Pablo Montoya's manager, David Sears stated that Formula 1 needs more action and that the whole spectacle needs to be improved.
According to Sears, Montoya might just see to it as he explained by saying: 'Montoya will be a breath of fresh air in Formula 1. He takes no prisoners and will cut through a lot of the bull****. He wants his driving to do the talking. There's going to be lots of fireworks.' He also said: 'There's a lot of young talent coming through, but there's a bottle-neck before Formula 1 because there are only one or two seats available each year. Some of the older guys are blocking the seats, there should be sell-by dates on some of the drivers.' When asked how to improve Formula 1 he said: 'There aren't enough pit babes in the F1 paddock. The whole spectacle needs to be improved. We need to get back to the days when men were men and the drivers were heroes.' We want more pit babes. |

I don't care about the pit babes in the F1 paddock if I can't get into it during the race weekend.
It is somewhat strange that Juan would make such a statement. There are very few, or no pitbabes in Cart paddocks depending on the race. In Toronto, there are a few, but they are for the fans, and don't even go into the paddock or mix with the drivers and equipment. |

Bernie needs to take a look at the AJGTC. Every team has at least two girls, and there's a lot of teams.

Q: what is a 'pit babe' ?
Q: when will the 'last dog die' ? Q: is a pit babe's bite as bad as her bark? |

To my way of thinking, the last line of Mr. Sears' comments is the salient one: "when MEN WERE MEN AND DRIVERS WERE HEROES."
Instead of what we have now, "when men are boys and drivers are PR driven clothes horses." The modern day pilots wouldn't know what to do with a pit babe if he happened across one - unless she was his stock consultant. And I believe the correct phrase is "When men were men and women were glad..." |

Maybe monty should go drive for eddie jordan
there's never any lack of ladies around him... he makes sure of that... and how many pit babes per driver are we talkin... i think it should reflect on the points scored.. so monty better be pretty good out there |

Juan Pablo will not have a problem attracting all the pit babes he wants.
Eddie Irvine will soon be bad-mouthing him to anyone who will listen, because EDDIE IS NOW OLD NEWS ON PIT ROAD! A year at Jordan will do more for Zonta than simply improve his self confidence ON the track, eh? |
