It's good to see the Lizards take a livery so seriously, although they have always been a fan favorite. It is a bold statement, and win or lose, I can see a bonanza for scale model builder(s).

That's seriously good isn't it? And it takes something for me to admit that a Porker looks good.....

Reminds me of the BMW art cars of days gone by. While it doesn't look as slick as their standard livery, it does look more exciting.

I wish I had a decent bodyshop man that could produce a paint job that good without paying for the nose for it!

They also have a fantastic black T-Shirt for sale showing off the new livery:

I also really like it. I would like to see more creative liveries like this. It may be a vinly wrap instead of paint though. Far more easy to duplicate for your street car...and for the race team as well. It would be tough on the scale model builder though.

Fantastic livery. As many others have said, its a long time since we've had truely ground breaking beautiful livery on a car in any category.

The art work reminds me of the PS2 game Okami, by the now sadly closed Clover Studios, which had been part of Capcom (and refounded as indie studio Seed). Also inspired by Japanese water painting.
Check this out for example: http://cache.kotaku.com/assets/resou...0104-thumb.jpg |

Hopefully I'll get to add this car to my 1/18 diecast collection.
Fire up the molds AutoArt. They just released the regular Flying Lizard liveried car. |
