Viperion101 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Proposed F1 Schedule

If you could create your own Formula 1 Circuit, what would be the tracks?

You can use existing and custom tracks

20-23 Races

If I could create my own schedule for a motorsports series, it would not be F1 and it would all be fantasy tracks since I believe the real racetracks' schedules should be filled with real series and there is no way of having one series racing in all signature events in the world (e.g. F1 at Mount Panorama or Indianapolis just would not work ... too nimble cars).

Instead, I prefer the approach of IndyCar which has different types of tracks on its schedule. I would even go so far as to open the concept of road/street courses and ovals up towards an opportunity for the series to continue during the winter and include snowmobile tracks. Indeed, the championship winning driver and engineering team combination would need to be ace with the road racing kit, the oval kit and the snowmobile kit of the car at their disposal.

I've tried posting some tracks for that before but I couldn't get around to designing proper snowmobile tracks then which were suitable for the oversized 3.0 litre-V8 or V12 engined racing machines I had in mind: the resulting tracks just would work too well as road courses since breaking is difficult in snowmobile mode and thus, the tracks would be much more flowing than what is the standard with road circuits today.

Indeed, even within the road circuit mold, it is important for a schedule to have all different kinds of tracks (low downforce, medium downforce and high downforce tracks) in a similar number so as to highlight the different strengths of the different cars in competition. After all, motorsports is mainly a challenge for engineers as well.

That sounds like rally / rallycross cars to me. I'd love to see the Fiestas, Velosters, Imprezas and Hachirokus running at the Nordschleife, Spa-Francorchamps, Suzuka, Monaco, Long Beach, Macau, Corsica, Monte Carlo, Ouninpohjla, Acropolis, Aspen, and Staples Center.

Great Idea!! I think we should have 4-5 tracks nominated from each thread and try and reduce it to 1-2 with everyone having a say so there's enough space for everyone. As for the cars, how about V8 Supercars? They race on road and street tracks with a variety of lengths and provide better racing than single seaters imo.

There are already threads in the F1 and other sections regarding Dream schedules for the various motorsport classes using real tracks.

Rather than copy that, I suggest adapting it to use only fantasy circuits designed and available here within the My Track Designs.

For an example, An opening round visit to New Zealand isn't out of the question as we could visit Bio's Christchurch Circuit

Alright, an edit to the thread due to popular demand

If you could create a schedule for any series, what would it be?
Use any series
Fantasy Tracks only, though (only ones from My Track Designs)
10-25 races

Haha, thanks for the nomination

I rememeber I took some heat for making the pitlane exit cross the track in an underground tunnel - and then the Yas Marina track opened, leading the pitlane through a tunnel
