anyone going to the British GP?
as the title says, who out there is going to Silverstone for the British GP? less than 3 weeks to go to the best weekend of the year!

unfortunately not this time, it's too expensive and there's too many people. those of us who went last year can't afford it this year

Yes Jason although I don't yet know where I will be posted. I'll drop you a note as soon as my tickets arrive. I leave here Thursday morning and arrive home on the Monday lunchtime. Just enough time to get all the fireproof undies and socks etc washed and dried before leaving for the Goodwood Festival of Speed on the Friday!

I will be there, should have been for all 3 days but my brother decided to have his wedding that weekend so only Friday and Sunday, I will be sitting in the BRDC grandstand and I can't wait. Stephen let me know what post you are on and I will come over and say Hi.

I'm game on for a get together with everyone that are going. Lets wait until we marshals get our tickets and know where we are posted and then we can make the final arrangements. I suggest either Friday or Saturday night, although I imagine Saturday is the night that the MSA/Octagon have arranged the 'officials' party?

Ive just got my tent out from the loft , and have put in up the garden to get me in the mood !
I think Rockingham was great , but Summer at Silverstone is even better . Roll on next thursday when i get there already to switch Radio Silverstone on , on Friday morning . |
