Best Viewing Spots at Melbourne GP
I posted this in the F1 Forum but I think here will probably be better. Any ideas on the best spots for viewing (General Admission) at the Grand Prix - Big screens, bar, etc?

Good thing you didn't mention photo vantage points because they will be distinctly lacking this year.
Best vantage points for GA bar? Not sure actually. Best vantage for big screens? There is one near Brocky's hill, right near McDonald's. Also there is one opposite Turn 9. Best vantage for viewing? There are a few spots, Brocky's hill and turn 9. Turn 14 is pretty good too. |

Definitely Turn Nine/Clark Stand on the east (Queens Road) side with Superscreen opposite provided you have a trannie for closed circuit commentary ... if you want a drink or a feed "North Golf Course Bar" adjacent, or you can wander down to the huge hospitality area (superscreen in an avenue of food stalls and beer tents) behind "Brocky's Hill" @ Turn 11/Waite Stand. If you get in early, the concrete stands inside Turn 14 provide "under your toes" racing action (no Superscreen ....yet!!!)
