Edward "Teddy" Mayer
Teddy Mayer died January 30th.
The co-founder of McLaren Racing passed at age 73. He will be missed. |

Teddy Mayer
Edward (Teddy) Mayer passed away Jan. 30 2009. He was 73. He was one of the original McLaren Team and after Bruce's death ran the team for some time. He later joined the Penske organization.
I hope someone who knows more details of his career will post more info. |

RIP Teddy.
After McLaren he went to Penske and returned to Formula One in 1985 with the Beatrice Lola squad. |

R.I.P Teddy.
He led the team to it's first two drivers titles (for Emmo and Hunt) between the Bruce McLaren and Ron Dennis eras. |
