Too bad we won't arrive til Friday...
Interesting choice of location... So who are the Toyota Atlantic drivers coming? Anyway, I'm sure there'll be some other interesting press conferences at the track. |

When I Will Arrive: Friday. But there will be plenty going on that we can attend, and you will be reading about it in the Newsletter!
Jay, I have a great manual to bring you in Montreal, called Sports Car 101. Picked it up at Mosport this weekend. |

Quaifying 1
There's a standing yellow on the back straight; a groundhog is having lunch on the side of the pavement and seems undisturbed by the Boss car roaring past. |

RED FLAG Max Papis has spun and stalled at the exit of Turn 4. He'll lose his fastest lap in the session for causing the Red Flag stoppage. |

39 min Junqueira brakes early for the hairpin and Servia gets into the side of him. Both cars have continued, but Race Control will have to decide whether Junqueira blocked Servia.

Where was Carpentier? What a bummer for him! He's nowhere on the timing.
Reynards were faring quite well for awhile. Ended up with Manning, RHR and Monteiro in P6,7,8. That says little for Manning's teammate, who is 17th of 18 cars. Only Boss is behind him, and PK Racing again finds itself just in front of that position. Servia's got it turned on this weekend. 0.293 over Tracy, who's all bunched up with the N/Haas cars and Tags. |

At this time last year, the forum was being frequented by all of 10Tenths' F1 regulars, and everybody was comparing lap times. Our CART corner was becoming pretty busy! Nobody's doing that this year, we all know the GP cars are quicker, but Jay told us in another threat that they're not as fun to watch!
1:21.112 - Oriol Servia (Provisional) 1:15.529 - Schumacher's brother (Pole) That's 5.583s. |

Actually, Jay didn't "threaten" us, he "threadened" us.

When did Vasser turn a 1:16? From what I understand, Servia was again fastest in Saturday morning practice.
daMatta's pole time from last year was 1:18.959. |
