Hello from another newbie
Hello,
I'm Amelia, (though I'll answer to most things!), I'm 25 and I'm greeting you from up in the Arctic I was a very active member of some drivers' forums about five to eight years ago, but have since been moving around and not always had access to the Internet or channels showing motorsport.... however after lurking here for a while I've decided to take the plunge! As to my interests, I mainly follow F1 (and enjoy discussing it's nostalgia/history), DTM and Moto GP. Also, I am interested in technology, though my attempts at building a go-kart at college failed miserably , and women in motorsport. Well, that's me, and I'll hopefully speak with you soon. A |

Thanks!
Revvedup, I actually live in a city, (well what's called a city up here, with 70000 people,) so people go everywhere they need to by bike in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. Actually it's quite common to see families bring home their grocery shopping on a sled! But yes you are right, people who travel more tend to have 4x4s, mostly Nissan Qashqais and Pathfinders. I'm not sure why those are the favourites but they certainly survive the mountains in 24 darkness, I know the little Aygo I passed my test in in England wouldn't stand a chance |
