I hope Rossi will let Stoner enjoy his home GP and don't take this victory away from him too
That's all he has left after losing Laguna. |

Rossi had a heavy crash in qualifying and looks like he has a minor neck injury. He tried to get out on the 2nd bike and set a time but failed to start the lap in time. He will start 12th.
Pole to Stoner then Loenzo and Hayden. All three into the 1:28's for the first time. There has been an inordinate amount of falls today in all classes. Stoner, Rossi, Elias, Capirossi, Hopkins, Milandri, Guintoli have all been down the road. |

Congratulations to Mike Di Meglio on winning the 125cc World Championship!
(I hope his career progresses more successfully than France's last 125cc champion) |

Good show by Toseland a pity it didnt last on the final bit ! Vali showed why he is a multiple champion, also its good to see Hayden back on form in the last 2 races but will he be able to master the Ducati ?

Looked like Hayden burnt out his rear tyre pretty heavily early on. Good effort though and I look forward to seeing him on the Ducati.

Some good races, 250s especially was a thriller. Even with two championships settled there's still plenty to enjoy. Simoncelli and Bautista had a great battle, while Simon gave all he had on the slower KTM.
Great ride from Rossi to come through, and good for Hayden to have kept up with Stoner for a while. Fantastic battling for 4th place as well, a shame Toseland faded a bit. |
