Thanks Mike
You've got the job as Proof Reader next season, in the "Regional Representatives Regular Reports from the Racetrack". Thats a lot of Rs isn't it?
If I can just keep Gus's dad as Chief Reporter in Class A and that bloke from Wales for Class B, I've got it cracked. Can't name the bloke from Wales for possible legal reasons.

Anyway, I might not have been 100% wrong. Have you seen Jamie's hairstyle?

Can't help with your gaps (sounds a bit personal I know) but Gus has confirmed that we can still submit reports for 2004 subject to his contract with ffyes being approved!

Welcome to TT Swift.
What a platform for your literary talents this could prove to be. Cue brackets etc.

I can already feel another masterpiece welling up inside me! Either that or it's wind. Any idea how Steve 27 went on at Mallory today as I've tried MST's site and no joy.

Swift one, I have MP results here.
#27 was 6th in R1, 8th in R2.
Peter Daly won both, only 12 entries.
Both races damp. StuK 2nd, GW 3rd in both.

There was a Miles Johnstone lived/worked around Manchester a few years ago, but he didn't have the streamlined physique of a toned FF1600 pilot ! He was into financial services and quite high-powered stuff. Nice guy, that I recall. Don't know if it's the same one, but it's an unusual name

Andy Mackie told me a few months ago that Miles was now an instructor at the silverstone rally school, i think he did a bit of rallying after his single seater days.
Pete Kay is stilll running the family business in manchester and has been seen at Angelsey Circuit,he has a house on the island, craves a comeback one day!

Yep I think you're correct about Peter Kay: I know he used to live just over the east lancs road on the way to Neil Bold's place. In fact, through work we bought a Mini off him, that I think was his wife's but that was a few years back now.

Was this Miles Johnston the Yorkshireman who started his career in Mini Miglia and subsequently moved into FF run by another Yorkshire Mini racing hooligan called Jonathan Lewis?
