fusion racing
heard this one earlier today but sounds a bit weird to me but murphy could be driving in a team that murphy would own but be prepared by larry perkins with fusion as a main sponser the team would be called fusion racing and jack daniels would also feature on the car and have the number 51 on the door,he also said that it would look like the jack daniels cars.
weel jnr will drive again and the pwr/supercheap team will use weel will use #49 and cam will use #50. but dont criticise me as i heard this from someone else (who is suposed to be in the know) i thought it is way out but still decided to bring it up for discusion. |

His dad does, and it has long been said that murphy will eventually end up at Tasman.

but if memory serves me right back in the first year of tasman murphy was asked if he would go to daddys team and he said no because he does not want to damage the relation ship between him and his dad.and wouldnt it be a good enduro combo if muph and richo could do the enduros they have won bathurst together b4.

The franchise situation might be interesting... unless Mr Murphy raids his own not inconsequential piggy bank and starts the bidding for a L2 at $850k+ then this might be a hard thing to complete...
If this ends up as a 1 car team, then who would codrive for him?? |

Well it's no secret that Murph was not amused when HM shoved him sideways into PWR and 32 is a nice number of entries to have. He would have to buy out the rest of his contract with Weel though.

Stuart and Kurt are strong Murphy fans. I would have thought it to be Peter Maire's involvement that would have been a stumbling block. Navman isn't needed to negotiate a lap of a race track.
The interesting thing is who the sponsor partners might be? Hmmmmm....! |
