That was a superb race and though I thought the Steward's decision was as controversial as the incident between Hamilton and Verstappen, I'm glad the outcome was decided on the track, rather than by a 5 second penalty. 8

We got the battle between those two that we wanted. DRS too strong of course, but great stuff nevertheless. Other good battles on track too. 8 from me.

I gave it a nine. For me a great race. Battles in the field but quite absorbing for most of the distance and the tension that a Grand Prix should have.
So congratulations to Hamilton and Max for not hitting each other, special thanks to Hamilton for giving way when he needed to, and everyone else for contributing to an absorbing race. Yes there were a few underlying things concerning stewarding but other than that a good weekend capped off by a memorable performance by SLH |

Another fantastic Hamilton v Verstappen battle.Comparing this to COTA it was like Lewis was running a different engine formula.Huge power upgrade. Better mid field battles than the last 2 races. |

Combining Saturday and Sunday, Lewis Hamilton made that a 9 for me. Apparently there was some good stuff going on down the field, but I didn't really see anything but Lulu and the lead battle.

8. It was probably only a 7, but deserves an extra point for Hamilton's brilliance all weekend.

Lot of good moves, and a real fight at the front for once. Lewis made it really nail biting. Much going on in the midfield as well, and we got to see some of it, even!
The only thing I did not like is that this year the theme has been inconsistent rulings, and once more doubt being cast on Masi's integrity. After Spa, I think he should have stepped down. But, mostly an engaging race, even though it was probably the nail in the coffin for McLaren's chance of taking third. A 7. |

Admittedly based only on the highlights on C4, but it had me engrossed. A rare 9.
