It's not a good sign for WSB is it? I wonder if there's any milage in GSE, Ducati and Hodgson coming together in MotoGP next season? Would make a lot of sense.

As barbazza says, could GSE be the second Ducati MotoGP team next year?
Might they return to the British Superbike Championship? The article doesn't really say they have definatly pulled out, more that they just aren't committed to next year, and may go elsewhere. |

With GSE gone, Rizla not moving up and MonsterMob ahving second thoughts, and Hodgson moving up to MotoGP, the future really looks bleak for WSBK. I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to race in it, when the British series may well have a better field next year.
Darrell seems to have made the right decision, as the team isn't in a position to really challenge, and has only moved up thanks to a weaker field. It'll be a shame if Toseland doesn't get a good ride though, as he's been on top form. This might be Chris Walker's last chance on the itnernational level, sadly things haven't gone his way over the years, with illness, bad luck on the track and a few career moves whcih didn't work. |
