Pitpass: Mosley as F1 Commissioner?

Quote:
Ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix weekend, it is understood that the FIA is on the verge of making an announcement that will send reverberations the length and breadth of the Sepang paddock.

According to well placed sources, FIA President Jean Todt is on the verge of announcing his predecessor, Max Mosley, as F1 Commissioner.
Recent reports have indicated that Todt is having problems filling the position at the money budgeted. But going to Mosley is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. If the report is true, and Todt actually brings Mosley back, this is a disaster for F1.

Todt would do much better to leave the position open. Sooner or later, someone who's qualified will approach him.

I really hope this report is completely wrong. And it might be. It's Pitpass, after all. But if it's true...
