Moto2 & Moto3 2012 Teams, testing & discussion
Looks like Elias is considering going back to Gresini - thought eh might have been a candidate for their CRT bike but there you go. Few interesting tidbits here, inc Zarco to De Angelis race seat and a 2nd bike for a Brazillian 15 year old who has to wait until he is 16 to ride a Moto2 in races apparently - you would think they would stick him on a Moto3 until then?

To be honest Kenan has been patchy on anything but a Supersport bike, seriously I dont think he can ride as well on slicks!
He was good in damp in 2010, was awful on a Superbike and pretty poor this year on a good bike on slicks! Some people just cant ride slicks when their whole career and formative years are on treads |

Gpone reporting that Iannones Father (who also runs the Speed Up team) has said Andrea will remain in Moto2 next year for one more shot at the title.
Lets hope FIM/Dorna equalise the weights then as its ludicrous to have a level playing field with fuel, chassis, engine, tyres, testing but then throw it all away by letting the midgets like Marquez have an advantage. |

I do not watch Moto GP series as much as I once did. Only really casually watched Moto 2 this year and last and I definitely think highly of Iannone.
Looking forward to seeing some of this Gino!!! |

Elias has been testing for Apar on Moto2, who also have Terol signed for 2012.
Takahashi is signed for Forward racing alongside De Angelis, interesting that their CRT bike has Edwards on it - 3 Moto GP riders in effect. Wonder if they will all be on CRTs in 2013? Axel Pons has replaced his son with Esteve Rabat and Aleix Espagaro with his younger brother Pol. Aleix supposed to be going CRT with Aspar... and so the Spanish merry go round continues. Glad Axel Pons has retired, he was going to hurt himself too bad one day soon. |

Presumable the slower performer out of Aleix Espagaro and AN Other in 2012 will be canned and Tony will take their place. Makes sense for Tony to get his mojo back in M2, if it ever left. Shame though as next years soft tyres would suit him presumably.

After an awful end to 2010 and 2011 Willarot has decided to become a Buddhist monk... for the next 15 days anyway. Back next year, hope he finds his old form.

Ratha has never really been a frontrunner. Bit like Sharol Yuzy in 250's.he actually ran pretty good too on the Yamaha, but never came back after the money ran out.
Donnie Pradita too, never had decent bikes but his team was always immaculate. real shame for these guys that they cant hang around long enough to learn and get some more experience |

Here's the KTM Moto 3 bike. Definitely looks the business. Although, I still can't wrap my head around a prototype entry level class when the intermediate class is quasi-spec...
