Corvette worried about Mexico race
GM's works GTS race team is concerned about the inclusion of a race in Mexico City in the 2003 American Le Mans Series calendar [Oct 14], on security grounds. To know more go to:

Well it's no more dangerous than Sao Paolo, or Detroit as far as that goes. I wonder what has spooked them?

Hey, GM feels Mexico's secure enough to have a bunch of their factories down there!

Oh dear - looks like the ALMS will never come over to Europe then. Because it's, like, really unsafe to go anywhere these days. What a shame.

Surely with all their money they can afford to hire security. Lord knows they have enough unsmiling muscle boys guarding them from us at Mosport.
