I will be on the RECOVERY team at the creek for SCC and we were told at the official's briefing that if anyone presented a Peters "Drumstick"wrapper at the gate on SATURDAY ONLY they would get free entry for that day. Apparently it is some kind of sponsorship deal for the creek.

That is....very interesting! I love it! I heard somewhere that you would be able to get in free to Bathurst if you brought along a slab on concrete and placed it in the paddack....or maybe not

Here's an interesting way to get into Eastern Creek cheaper. Enter a Car in a support event. It costs $340 to enter in the Historic Touring Car races and you get six pit passes. If you buy six weekend passes with pit access you pay $495. How's that?

Only once I looked down at the speedo just before turning into Turn 1. It read 190km/h. If you were there you would have noticed that I was definitely one of the slowest down the straight, so just try and guess how quick the quick guys really are.

Back in the olden days, when I went to school they taught us how to do Maths. God I sound like Liz!
Not quite, I haven't had a go at the socialists yet. |

Right, so about 118.75mp/h, right?
That would have to be a new landspeed record for the car, right? Also, doesn't the speedo only go up to 120?? |
