Our member 'cavvy', in another thread in April, 2005, drew our attention to the following site, which if you scroll down includes some racing history:-

http://www.foleyalfa.com.au/foley_alfa_history.htm

It seems like a good starting place. Does it trigger any memories of any anecdotes or other Foley info. from our posters?

at Caversham in Western Australia

Foley in his Mini days was a visitor to Caversham & we able to see him mix it with the Neptune Racing Team of Peter Manton, Norm Beechey & Jim McKeown. It was always great to have visitors from the East to mix it with a couple of our quick locals e.g Gordon Stephenson in his GTA Alfa (ex Mildren), Jeff Dunkerton (ex Manton Mini) & German Fritz Kohout who raced the first 911 Porsche in Australia at Caversham (Hamilton followed the following year).
Foley sold one of his Minis to Jeff Power.

Question: what happened to the Broadspeed moulds ?
