Ford in Sportscars
Just read that the new boss of Fords European motorsport operation worked for many years with Porsche and Sauber in Sportscars.
Maybe his influence has given the green light to Aston Martin getting back into sportscar racing and who knows what the future holds. |

Seems like yet another management change will occur for the Jag F1 program. That's my guess. The last thing the F1 program needs is another restart.

Ain't that the truth. The question is, will Ford continue with Jaguar now that Eddie Jordan's cars are bearing prominent 'Ford' logos? Think of the money they'd save...
I think there's a case for saying they should give works Cosworth engines to EJ, sell Jaguar Racing to Dieter Mateschitz and put Jaguar into prototype racing. |

Fords last great sportscar adventure had its ups & downs.
Would love the see the blue oval give Aston a leg up into GT's followed in couple of years by Jaguar, a bit like the VAG system Audi 3 years, then Bentley, then SEAT, then back to Audi |
