H16 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
BMW's roll hoop design in 1999

Is it true that BMW found a loophole in the rules that allowed for a single rool hoop instead of one the bar as the ACO made the provision so that the WR Peugeot could run?

Couldn't WR put a roll hoop on theirs as well? I mean, if Dallara could put one on in Grand Am, I would think they would as well. Personally, if a car insists on going without a roof, I prefer the single version.

yes, bmw ws the first major manufactor/team that used a single roll hope for there cars, but. i belive the WR center seat wsc car was the first car/team to use it.

WR has a single roll hoop, they just have it blended into the car well.

the dallara cannot run a single roll hoop as that is grand am illegal. both the dallara and the factory R&S have gone to a full hoop.
