Does DC Deserve the WIlliams Seat
Well, does he. I don't regard him as a force that he once was in formula one. He still has some speed in quali, but not in the races. His Hockenheim forth was his best drive of the season and it was hardly a notable performance in the scheme of things. I don't think he would be Williams best choice.

Why would someone who's going to be .3-.5s off the pace of a top driver deserve a top seat?

I think that DC's best days are well & truly behind him & if he is to get the 2nd Williams seat he'd be easy pray for Webber.
