Brilliant

I don't have any confirmed freqs for the actual races but i do have a complete list for pre-season testing for the past two seasons...try here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/uk_mot...t_frequencies/

Im pretty sure the Team Ireland and Team China freqs are now out of date as I think they changed radio suppliers mid 07-08 season.

The freqs have changed from one season to the next but youll see from the lists that they are all packed into a few easy to find bands. The freqs are prob very similar/the same for the races.

How hard would it theoretically be to then stream them via the internet? TV, live timing data and flicking between team radios...would be nice...

Not difficult at all......you need a scanner near the track with the right freqs, linked to an online PC with streaming software. Ideally the scanner will be pc-controlled to show the freq/channel you are listening to. This guy does it for formula one and v8s in melbourne:

All teams use the same MRTC Radio system, and as far as I'm aware, always have done.

I agree in that i think they all now use MRTC radios but Team Ireland and China have always used Vertex VX420/Sennheiser headsets up until about mid last season when they too switched to MRTC Kenwoods. I dont know know supplied those Vertex radios: Double R Racing and Jordan/Spyker F1 used them too.
