BA front guards
Just a quick question on the BA front guards. Has anyone noticed that the guards seem further away from the tire compared to the AU and the Holdens. Does anyone know why this is the case. It doesn't bother me but I'm just curious why they are like that. Does it have something to do with getting more front downforce through Project Blueprint. I especially noticed it more on Lowdnes' car.
Any thoughts? |

Possibly front track limits vs panel size?

The holden front gaurds are so close because they cant stretch them any more, they would love to have the gaurd clearance of the ford.

I read the reason the ford has it so far forward is for downforce reasons, and that they wanted it further BACK because it would be potentially damaged too easily but had to take it as it was.
