BARC THRUXTON or SILVERSTONE

With BARC having meetings at both major circuits

Just curious to see who's going where and why.

For me its Thruxton; because I adore truck racing & radicals

Thruxton for me,The Wife & a New Marshal
Cant beat Trucks hammering round a circuit.
Bi & Enduro`s can be quite entertaining aswell.
Hoping to get the BIG WELSH FLAG out this week,
it`s only about the size of the caravan(Weather Permitting)

Dan's wife Dee is also a marshal they work as a pair, if you've not worked with them it would be hard to know. Dee is the other marshal in Dan's avitar.

Sadly i will be driving so no beer for me, On Call which sucks but least it was a thruxton meet so i can still play and work, any where else it would have been to far to run home each night, I will also have Mark in the car with me, my cousin we normally work all together (used to be five of us but one retired and one not been too well this last year) Mark will have his boy with him but he is not old enough to be on the bank yet so will be spectating. So three Marshals in our car.
I feel i am earning a bad reputation on the alcohol front. It is all unfounded, it just all seems to evaporate quickly in the awning of the caravan thats all. I find vodka disapears even quicker
Scary thing is i can't put faces to all the user ID's we really must have been noisy the last few meets.

Huge Wales flag, something to wipe our feet on if it gets muddy.....
{cue abuse}

so just where was this flag when we needed it???? ie, Startline at Gurston??

If it's that big then we could have all stayed dry!!!

Look forward to seeing it if you're down for the Nationals in August.

Stuart,
didn`t have it then.
that weeknd prompted us to buy a caravan a week later.
the flag would have covered startline easily.
not down in aug,
got a date with Thruxton and the F3/GT`s.

Me's doing the truck at Thruxton this weekend. It's my local circuit, so have to be loyal.

Also, Fangdoc and Skiprat will be there too, but not planning to stay overnight this time. A nice warm bed isn't far away!!!!!!!

Stu, see you and Jo at the Nationals. Just bring some better weather with you. I'm fed up with wet meetings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
