First 4 cylinder to win?
The new 4 Cylinder 1000cc bikes are getting closer to a race win. Reynolds was close at Brands, While Plater was second at donnington and Crafar thrid, how long before a 4 cylinder wins? I thought the Suzuki's were more likely but after the Yamaha's great performance at Donnington, either could do it. It's now a qusetion of where and when rather than if!

pink: im asking if the r1 is a true r1 or if it was a r7 frame/bodywork with a r1 engine in place of the r7 power plant

The shell looks different to the R7. I'll see if I can find a pic!
