I'm really hoping you aren't suggesting something happened to excuse a guy from hitting someone to the point a county authority had to take some out of the home.
It seems the split occurred much earlier when EBM didn't bring any money for the second car, this just severed all ties |

Ok, seemed that way but I'm sorry to have assumed. Racer comments are just wow, bad look guys.
I think you will see Hardpoint succeed and possibly with Earl as a driver but Porsche has the resources to use him elsewhere and let the sins of the brother be forgotten, at least as a stain on him. And again, the coverup or in the case omission seems to be the final straw for Ferriol. It wasn't so much the violation as not coming to them earlier, that's not to say he wouldn't have been let go after. And peeling the EBM stickers off the hauler mid-season cause they couldn't bring the funding promised is not a good look for the team. |

EBM & Hardpoint were on their way to splitting anyway, but what better way to "seal the deal" than withholding information about a criminal investigation from your business partner for almost a month.
Hopefully Hardpoint won't be wanting for any future partnerships. |

And just like that is over..thankfully. All parties involved will have learned a lot from this I'm sure. So lets put it behind us like them. The raminfications of this will probably just involve the Hardpoint team internally and nobody else.

The gf was Hardpoint's employee and manager of the EBM coordination, I can see Rob not taking it too kindly not being reported. But yeah, only long term hopefully will be Earl looking for a new partner team in IMSA and Porsche Challenge and Will being in the back for a while
