Qually 2
Michael moves up to 8th ahead of Rubens & Jacques, Trulli to 5th ahead of Heidfeld.
Alonso fastest man with fuel in the car, knocked the gap on aggregate down to 0.083. |

Second Q times (Not overall). I've omotted Ralf and JPM but it is interesting to see the differences in that even though he was slower Kimi still kept pole.

I'd expect Michael's running with less fuel.
Alonso & Raikonnen make it confusing since they're able to go so much faster than anyone else. I'm tempted to think Alonso is running light based in the 1.1s difference to his team mate. |

I suspect Alonso intentionally took fuel out to try to close the half-second gap to Kimi, in which case it's backfired as he'll have to pit earlier. Unless Fernando can get in front at the start, Kimi is firm favourite for this one.
Massa might be running lighter than JV, but I think it's mroe likely that he's upped his pace enough to outdo JV. |

Its not nice seeing just 18 cars for a race and 1 British driver.
Although I hope Mark Webber wins. |

As much as I wish MW well, recent evidence would suggest that poor starting performence will see him going backwards several places at the start.

As said above, presumably Michael is a little light. I wonder how that will pan out for him.
I didn't see the laps so it is difficult to judge who did well considering. Did Kimi judge it right., using the Q1 advantage? |

According to Autosport. Kimi is on the soft Michelin and Alonso the hard. Although it seems Kimi has more fuel. That could make the end of the race interesting.
