Feels a bit strange for Honda to dump JAS after that time to go for Prodrive.

Is it? After all Prodrive are a much bigger operation and will probably do a better job of running and developing the cars than JAS would have.

Sad to see loyalty/enthusiasm does not pay off. So will Prodrive have to start from scratch? Or did JAS have to give Honda all their engineering/technical info they gathered on the Civic/Accord these past few years? It seems silly for Honda to have to start from scratch again with Prodrive if they didn't get technical experience from the JAS effort? Or was JAS a totally private effort? |

JAS will assist the official STCC Hondas. One Accord and one Civic.

Last year there were rumours a Japanese former bike racing driver would race for JAS in ETCC.
