Hanging up ones Overalls

I just thought I would mention that Dee and I will be hanging up our overalls this coming season and sitting out.
Too many things have been missed in the passed few years. The overalls are most definitely hung up though and not discarded.

We wish everyone the safest and best season possible (and who knows without us about maybe a little quieter too )

Kind Regards to everyone

Dan and Dee

Dan and Dee,

What can I say to that?! I know I was only an irregular visitor down south, but I'm certainly going to miss both of you.

Thanks for making me feel welcome at Brands and I hope I made you as welcome at 'stone.

Look forward to seeing you both soon,

R.

Dan & Dee,
A lot of drivers will probably be breathing a sigh of relief, but we won't.
Hope this is just temporary and we will see you both in 2010.

Have a great year, and if you start getting withdrawal symptoms, you know where we'll be.

Nick.

That is a bummer, we will all miss you both in 2009. Please hurry back asap, but enjoy whatever you are planning to do.

I hope you keep haunting us on here though. Best wishes.

Dee,Dan as we all know, marshalling can become a bit of an obsession. If you feel some things are passing you by then it's only right to take time out for yourselves. Hope to see you again when the right day comes back.

phew, the number of times that those 2 have caused havok by being on the post next to me....see, it always stopped with them but started in front of little old me

will miss both of you

Dan & Dee,

Sorry to hear your news but we fully understand the need to have some quality time out to recharge the batteries etc. It's been great to work with you at Snet in the past and you know that you'll aways be welcome back there anytime in the future whether in orange or not!

Just make sure that you both keep in touch via the forum and we hope to see you around in 2010 if not before!

Best wishes,

Terry

I will miss you two both on the bank and on the campsite.

I guess 2009 will be a little quieter now.

Good luck to you both and take good care of the puppy.

Best wishes

Enjoy your year off guys, I'm sure you'll still make it to a few races in 2009 to see things from the other side of the debris fence

Those poor siteseers at Fishbourne Roman Palace, Cathedral & the Art Galleries.
Guess that's what you need to catch up on!!
If you do need a fix during the year there are a few sprints at Goodwood you could have a look at.

Can see the season being really quiet without the pair of you.

Hope it's only temporary, and hope to see you around.

Thanks for all the kind words, I am sure we will be back but just need to have a year with our weekends to ourselves. save some of the cash we would normally spend on the racing and train our new pup 'Zack'.

I'm going to refrain from anything along the lines off dogs looking like owners etc etc......I'll leave the deframitary remarks to someone else.
Only met you a couple of times but HEARD so much about you. I know that a lot of people will miss you this season but I suspect that you wont be too far away.
Have fun training Zack....does this mean we have to call you Ms Woodhouse now.....walkieeeeeessssss.........sitttttt!!!!
