We are talking to three or four different manufacturers about the '07 car right now," he commented. I read 'Manufacturers' as being companies like Lola, Panoz etc who would be building the car.

Depending on the final power to weight that is chosen, Champ Car's will if not go faster than F1 cars, will lap not that far off. The gap will certainly close up.
