I came across this site the other day - it's got some stunning images of Le Mans in the mid 60's. I emailed the chap - Michel Gosset, and he explained that he took them at the age of 17 - and that in those days you could go wherever you liked, describing sitting in a ditch at the trackside as the Porsche 917's charged past!
