Indeed good practice speeds for John Paul. Leading both practice sessions shows he'll be the one to beat. Let's hope the 42 team has a smart race.
And Awesome Bill looks like he'll get in on speed and not have to use a champs provisional; top 10 practice times in both sessions. |

He'll probably end up going to slow and get passed on pit road!
He's the one I'm pulling for this weekend, for sure. |

Sod the lights, JPM just needs to not blow it. Was so frustrating last year as he very rarely throws away wins or makes mistakes when out front. I just hope he can make up for it one day.

Caution 1: Kyle Busch and Sam Hornish get sideways and take out several cars behind them.

Cars are reportedly overheating. At least 10 cars in for trying to remedy this.

Caution 2: Robby blows tire and 13 catches fire. This could be a disaster of a race....

er, yellow number 2 just came out and there is two reasons, a fire in car 13 and some derbis and just been given the go-ahead for a top-up

Grass getting caught in the grill?
The car and track are no different than last year. Unless people are trying to run too much tape. Kinda dumb if it's a hot day there. |

They might of been caught out as I think it is cooler than they have ran earlier in the weekend.

Whatever the cause of the overheating, it is an ugly start to the race.
Tires are seemingly blowing at an alarming rate.... |
